  • send a business enquiry, request information or discuss a potential collaboration;
  • otherwise communicate with DP Marketing in connection with the services presented on this website.
03

Personal data we may process

Information you provide

When you contact DP Marketing by email, we may process the information contained in your message, including:

  • your name and email address;
  • your job title, company or organisation;
  • the content of your enquiry and any information you voluntarily include;
  • documents or attachments you choose to send;
  • subsequent correspondence relating to the enquiry or collaboration.

Technical information

When you access the website, technical information may be generated automatically by the web server or hosting provider. This may include the IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, requested pages, referral information and basic security logs.

Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary and DP Marketing has specifically requested it. This website is not intended for the collection of health data, identification documents, financial credentials or other special categories of personal data.

04

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

Responding to enquiries To read, assess and respond to messages sent to DP Marketing. The processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or may be based on DP Marketing's legitimate interest in managing business communications.
Preparing a collaboration To understand your requirements, discuss a project, prepare a proposal and organise preliminary communications before a possible agreement.
Providing agreed services Where a collaboration is established, data may be processed as necessary to perform the relevant agreement and manage the professional relationship.
Website operation and security To maintain the website, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, protect technical systems and investigate security incidents, based on legitimate interests.
Legal and administrative requirements To comply with applicable legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
05

Email communication

The contact buttons on this website use a standard mailto link. Selecting one of these buttons opens the email application configured on your device. The website itself does not collect or submit the message through an online form.

Once you send an email, the message is transmitted through your email provider and received through the email services used by DP Marketing. Those providers may process technical and account information according to their own terms and privacy notices.

06

Technical data and Google Fonts

This website currently uses the Google Fonts Web API to display the Manrope typeface. When a page loads, your browser may connect to Google-operated font servers and transmit technical request information, such as the IP address, browser information and the font resource requested.

According to Google's information about the Web Fonts API, the service is unauthenticated and does not set or log cookies through the font request. DP Marketing does not use Google Fonts for advertising, behavioural profiling or visitor analytics.

Web hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical logs to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect their systems.

07

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be accessed only where reasonably necessary by DP Marketing and by service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, IT maintenance, cybersecurity, professional advice or legal compliance.

DP Marketing does not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to public authorities, courts or professional advisers where required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

08

International data transfers

Some technical or communication service providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers are subject to data-protection restrictions, DP Marketing will rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or on safeguards implemented by the relevant provider, as required by law.

09

How long data is retained

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Business enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication.
  • Information relating to an active or completed collaboration may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for periods required by accounting, tax, contractual or legal-claims rules.
  • Technical logs are retained according to security needs and the configuration of the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider.

Data may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, investigate misuse or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10

Data security

DP Marketing seeks to use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed. These measures may include restricted access, secure account credentials, updated software, protected hosting and appropriate handling of business correspondence.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should therefore avoid sending unnecessary confidential or sensitive information by ordinary email.

11

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations established by applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request confirmation of whether your personal data is processed and obtain access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of personal data in applicable circumstances;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive certain data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where the right to data portability applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right, email info@duplinmarketing.com. DP Marketing may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.

12

Complaints

You are encouraged to contact DP Marketing first so that any concern can be reviewed and addressed. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

In Romania, the supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, commonly referred to as ANSPDCP.
